Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Renewed Publishing (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with our website at renewedpublishing.com (the “Site”). We are committed to respecting your privacy and keeping the information we handle to a minimum.
Information we collect
Our Site is an informational website for our books and journals. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you to submit personal information to browse the Site.
- Information you provide. If you choose to contact us directly (for example, through social media), we receive whatever information you include in that message.
- Automatically collected information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical data — such as your browser type, device, general location, and the pages you visit — to keep the Site secure and running reliably.
How we use information
We use the limited information described above to:
- respond to questions or messages you send us;
- operate, maintain, and improve the Site; and
- protect the Site against fraud, abuse, and technical issues.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
This Site does not use cookies. We use a privacy-friendly analytics service (Vercel Web Analytics) to count page views and understand general traffic patterns. It does not use cookies, does not store a persistent identifier on your device, does not collect personal information, and does not track you across other websites or build advertising profiles. Its data is aggregated and anonymous, and its script is served from our own domain rather than a third party.
Our fonts and images are also served from our own site rather than third-party services. Links to Amazon are provided for your convenience; once you follow a link to Amazon, that site’s own privacy practices and cookies apply.
Third-party links and services
Our Site links to third-party websites that we do not control, including product pages on Amazon and our profile onInstagram. When you follow those links, the practices of those third parties — not this Policy — govern the information they collect. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any site you visit. Purchases made on Amazon are subject to Amazon’s own terms and privacy policy.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information handled through the Site. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Your choices
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to request corrections, or to ask us to delete information you have sent us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
Your California privacy rights
We operate from California, and California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information under California law — including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”), and the California Online Privacy Protection Act (“CalOPPA”).
Categories of information. The only personal information we handle is: identifiers (such as your name or social media handle) if you choose to contact us, and internet or network activity (such as the standard, non-identifying technical and log data collected automatically to keep the Site secure). We do not collect sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
We do not sell or share your personal information, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months. We also do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect and how we use it;
- request access to, or a copy of, that information;
- request that we correct inaccurate personal information;
- request that we delete personal information we hold about you;
- opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (note that we do not sell or share it); and
- not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through Instagram at @renewed.pub. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
“Shine the Light.” California’s Shine the Light law (Civil Code § 1798.83) allows California residents to request information about a business’s disclosure of personal information to third parties for those third parties’ own direct marketing. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Do Not Track. Because we do not track visitors across third-party websites over time, and we do not sell or share personal information, browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals have no effect on our practices — we treat all visitors the same.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after any change means you accept the updated Policy.
